East Bay Bridge is a kilometer-long shopping mall located in a major retail node that straddles the borders of Emeryville and Oakland, California. Improvements to the public open space at 40th Street and San Pablo Avenue intersection will include new paving, new seating elements, and new planting that coordinate with the outdoor dining areas to be created by prospective tenants. Special attention has been taken to comply with the requirements of the City of Emeryville’s Privately Owned Public Open Space Ordinance.
