Carducci Associates was selected by Hayward Area Recreation and Parks District (HARD) to provide professional services for designing and renovating Bidwell Park located in the Fairway Park Neighborhood in Hayward. Following the approved master plan, park renovations include playgrounds, dog parks, family and group picnic areas, a fruit orchard, a kitchen garden, sports courts, and an event space. With other community centers and parks in South Hayward located 2 miles or more outside this neighborhood, Bidwell Park and Community Center will provide immense benefits to it’s senior and young family populations as well as become an important node along the Mission Blvd street improvements, located less than a mile away.
