Carducci Associates was selected by Hayward Area Recreation and Park District (HARD) to provide professional services for community engagement, designing, and renovating Bidwell Park located in the Fairway Park Neighborhood in Hayward. Following the approved master plan, park renovations include play areas, a strolling path, family and group picnic areas, a fruit orchard, a recreational lawn, sports courts, and an event space. With other community centers and parks in South Hayward located 2 miles or more outside this neighborhood, Bidwell Park and Community Center will provide immense benefits to its senior and young family populations as well as become an important node along Mission Blvd. Street Improvements, located less than a mile away.
