Creating Community Pleasant Hill City HallPleasant Hill City Hall 
The City Hall project celebrates the community's active participation and involvement. This public-inspired scheme includes art podiums set in an engraved tile
plaza with garden pavilions, that lead to a fountain couryard, lake theater, rose trellis, demonstration garden, and art gazebo, connected by walks winding through
a peaceful garden setting. Near the garden lake theater is a fountain lake that acts as a resevoir for non potable well water, used both to cool the building and refresh
the landscape, creating an ecological balance between the land and buildings. |
 Environmental Fountain The fountain collects storm water and cools the building on hot days. |
