Carducci & Associates, Inc. developed the master plan and modernization plans for Mills High School in conjunction with
the school district, architects and members of the community. Work included landscape assessment, tree survey, campus
beautification, parking improvements, site lighting, ADA access, irrigation, planting, special paving and plaza, grading,
drainage, courtyard improvements, outdoor play area for the daycare center, library garden with native plants, facilitation of
DSA approvals, and athletic facilities consisting of an artificial turf field and all-weather 440-meter track.
