Carducci & Associates, Inc. worked with a private fundraising committee and the school district
to initiate improvements to the Mills High School track and field. Improvements include
installing a new entry plaza, a natural turf multiuse field for football and soccer, surrounded
by an Olympic-quality, eight-lane, 400-meter all-weather track. Field events are provided for
in the “D” zones or adjacent view areas around the field. Overall use and safety have been
greatly improved for both school and public use. A boost in school spirit and local pride has
been another result.
