Phoenix 21 Resort
This 250-acre project site is located on the east coast of Japan approximately 60 miles southwest of Tokyo.
The program currently envisions a total of 600 residential units, a 30,000 square foot community center, a 100 room inn, associated retail development,
an 18-hole golf course with clubhouse, and a large swim and tennis club. A variety of water features is used in the master plan to unify visually and physically,
the neighborhoods and to create an overall image for the resort development.
