Hills Plaza
The seventh floor residential terrace garden located on one of the Hills Brothers Coffee buildings at the Embarcadero. The idea for the project was to give the residents a space for relaxation and family functions as well as provide a buffer from the bare rooftop. The planting material , planted in concrete planters, was carefully selected to withstand the harsh San Francisco wind. Some of the gardens key features are the water fountain, raised decking and a circular mounded lawn for residents to relax and enjoy the sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay and the Bay Bridge
