Golden Gateway multi-family housing is located in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District.
The development takes advantage of the view to the bay as well as the view to the Trans America building.
The residence floors are built on a parking podium and share an open roof garden courtyard.
Carducci & Associates was hired to renovate unsuccessful outdoor features and elements, including lighting, planter structure and drainage,
planting and irrigation systems.
